ABOUT THE COMMUNITY
Peaceful, Lakefront Living
This is a lake front community of primary and vacation homes nestled in the northwest corner of Oconee County, South Carolina, known as the Golden Corner of the Upstate. It is located on Lake Hartwell in the foothills of the Blue ridge Mountains. Members enjoy fishing, boating and hiking as well as community amenities such as tennis, basketball, getting good workout in the fitness room or just lounging by the Olympic size salt water pool.
FOR LIVING
A short winding road leads to the Clubhouse, where the newly remodeled lounge and restaurant are located. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding hills during your meal in the dining room or while watching your favorite sports team in the lounge. At the Clubhouse you’ll also find our administrative offices, fitness room and game room.

This amazing community offers a wide variety of recreational opportunities and activities to help residents build a stronger and more enjoyable quality of life. Beautiful state and county parks, rivers, waterfalls and lakes add a special spark to community life. Or you can drive 20 to 30 minutes to one of the county’s quaint towns for shopping, antiquing, museum visits, entertainment or just window shopping.

Our community is just minutes from the Clemson University campus and only an hour from the Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport. You can enjoy a variety of festivals throughout the year, hosted by local organizations and our small towns.

SHORT RENT
Having a cabin in the woods is not only a dream that many have but is also a great asset that will give you passive income.
This is a great location for renting to tourists. During summer (June to August), families come to this area to enjoy the variety of activities around the four lakes. Then, in the winter season (November to February), people from the North come to spend the cold season, and others come to enjoy the snow mountains (40 minutes away). Based on our research, there are approximately 6 months with high demand for short-rental properties (most families with kids), and for the rest of the year, you might have other prospects like people who work virtually and older couples.
